We ship all in-stock items within 48 hours. Game 4 Box will pay ground freight, for orders of 5 units or more. Orders of fewer than 5 units will ship freight collect.

UPS is our preferred carrier. We will ship orders to PO boxes via the US Postal Service. Upgraded shipping is available upon request to either UPS 2 Day or UPS Overnight. There is an additional charge for expedited freight.During the secure checkout process, you will be asked to provide a shipping location.

Game 4 Box accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Your credit card will be authorized for the total amount of all items ordered

Game 4 Box overstock and defective returns are authorized on a case-by-case basis. Game 4 Box is unable to authorize any returns on hardware, all console games and accessories. Please contact us to request your return. When a return has been authorized, you will be issued A RMA #. This information must be clearly marked on all boxes being returned.
